ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

Meteor Showers are one of the most beautiful displays you can witness while outside at night. You seem to never forget those times you see one flying through the atmosphere at speeds sometimes exceeding  100,000mph. The Lyrid Aquarid Meteor Shower is modest meteor shower with a few nice fireballs. The rates are around 10-20/hr, but many of them are fairly bright. We will start out with a moonless sky and have it that way for most of the night. The crescent moon will rise later at night providing us excellent opportunities to photograph the night sky and seascapes in a variety of lighting situations. We will also photography the Milky way and the Moon in the same shot! This will be one relaxing and exciting night under the stars.
