ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Vermont in October is one of my favorite places to be in the Fall Season. The amazingly bright reds, yellows, oranges and purples seem to glow so much brighter here than in other area of New England. We will spend a few days exploring the southern half of Vermont. We will have scenic drives each day through the Green Mountains. I have made nearly 20 trips to Vermont and I can never get enough of it. We will concentrate our efforts in a close circle centered around Manchester, Vermont. It's a stunningly beautiful town with many shops and fine places to eat. Depending on where the colors is this year, we may take a drive up towards central and northern Vermont for fall colors and more waterfalls. There are many covered bridges in Vermont as well and I hope to swing by a couple of them. If we have time we will head up to the Covered Bridge in Cabot, VT, which is pictured in my slideshow. It's a great structure, but far out of our way... If there is a decent chance that the Northern Lights are possible one night, we may head up towards Cabot, if not, we will stay around Southern Vermont.
Most of our days will be spent out in the field driving to different locations and visiting quaint country towns with fall colors exploding around every turn.
SHARK FIN POND
The first night we will be in Manchester, Vermont. The second night, I have planned to stay in the mountains with an amazing view of the sky for an all night shoot there! We will plan to camp out there overnight near Manchester, so bring a tent if you would like to! If you do not have one, please let me know and I may be able to help you out with one of my extras. The final night we will be back in Manchester, Vermont. If you wish to not camp the 2nd night, you are more than welcome to return to Manchester that night and meet back up with us in the morning. If you wish to camp all 3 nights let me know. I know some great places near Manchester... I may even camp every night up there because it is so beautiful and refreshing.
