ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

East Point has been an iconic structure along the Delaware Bay for some time now. Over the years the dramatic weather we experience in the Northeast can cause major issues. Nor'Easters, Blizzards, Tropical Systems and Hurricane have eroded coastlines and vegetation. For the last several months, East Point Lighthouse has had a facelift. The entire lighthouse was painted including the brick, the brick has been painted white, back to the way it looked. The insides were remodeled and they have done a nice job at saving this beacon of light in southern New Jersey. I have run several workshops in the area over the years and I am really looking forward to returning in 2017.

This workshop will have a little bit of everything. We will meet up in the late afternoon to capture the local wildlife and landscapes before getting into our night photography session. At night we will learn to create and assemble our star trail shots, photography the milky way and start to master our night photography skills.
