ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
We will spend 5 days and 4 nights photographing one of the most amazing gems in the National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park. The park is located in the far northwestern part of Wyoming between Jackson Hole and Yellowstone. In Autumn, the park explodes in color as cottonwood trees and aspens glow a vibrant yellow and orange giving new color to the landscape. We will photograph dozens of locations known and unknown during our stay. This workshop includes sunrise, sunset, and milky way photography every day and night. During the day we will explore the fall colors and abundant wildlife in the area such as horses, bison, elk, moose and possibly the elusive mountain lion. We will also go over post processing tips and tricks in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
TRAVELING
The closest airport is Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It's just minutes away and you have a stunning view of the Teton Range when you land in Jackson... Don't forget to sit on the (right) side of the plane to get that view. You can also fly into Salt Lake City, UT and it's a 4 hour drive from there. Snow can fall in the area in September, especially in the mountains, the odds we will see snow on the mountains are good, the odds of seeing snow on the ground are very low.

LODGING
Lodging is available at a few locations in the park. I would suggest making hotel arrangement between Moose and Cozy. If you need help finding a place to stay let me know.
CAMERA GEAR
A full list of camera gear will be supplied to upon registering, the basics are a DSLR camera , wide/fast angle lens, a tripod and a cable release
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $800.00 is due to reserve your spot on the trip. If you are a JBP Alumni you receive 20% OFF the ticket price. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items, injuries, sickness, death or damages to personal equipment and lost of personal travel expense. Failure to comply to park rules, regulations and will result in you being ejected from the workshop.
