ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

During this workshop you will encounter the darkest skies east of the Mississippi River.  We will have a meet and greet in the evening  where we will go over post processing, camera controls, settings, file handling and our schedule for the weekend. This workshop will teach you the things you need to know to master the art of night sky photography and push you on to the next level. Workshop includes, light painting, star trails, timelapse and milky way photography. We also have a chance at witnessing northern lights from this dark sky location if the conditions are right. You will also get to connect your camera to my Star Tracker to take long exposures of deep space galaxies,  nebulas and more!

The Orionid Meteor shower is building up and we will most likely see some magnificent orionid meteors as well on both nights as an added bonus.
