A Taste of Spring

Well today was a nice reminder that storm season is here. I wasn't expecting much to happen today as far as weather, but Mother Nature swung some storms my way this evening and gave me my first lightning attempt this spring. Enjoy this short timelapse preview!

Approaching Shelf Cloud - April 2014A severe thunderstorm warning was issue for penny sized hail, 60+mph winds. The storms were moving near 50mph with very interesting cloud formations.
